Beautiful, spotless apartment. You can tell it’s been thoughtfully designed and decorated with love. It’s larger and actually nicer in real life than it seems in the photos, which is unusual! Fabulous large balcony at the front with a variety of lounging furniture and an amazing sea view - beautiful sunsets each evening. Good sized, well furnished balcony at the rear. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. Perfect for a relaxing week.

“This appartment makes you want to stay”

The appartment is huge, quite, very well decorated and furnished, and it has a huge balcony with the most spectacular ocean view. Fully equipped kitchenette. Free sunbeds, umbrellas and parking is available. Very friendly host (received goodbye gifts from mom). Beach with shower is right in front of the house. The fish restaurant is in the basement, but you don't hear it in the appartment. Other restaurants and shops are in walking distance.

The location of the apartment is perfect: cross a small road and you have the feet in the sand. Just outside the "center" of Kalamaki, it benefits of the location without a large crowd or series of restaurants/shops. Yet, it is close enough (3 minute walk) from said center, in case you want to change to another Taverna, buy groceries or even try another beach. The apartment itself was perfectly clean, modern and very well equipped. All necessary appliances, as well as a washing machine. The view is just perfect, and two balconies allow to rest either protected from the (very) windy weather, or enjoy the sound of the sea lying on very comfortable outside beds. The taverna on the first level servers good food, and the personnel is very friendly. Manolis, the host, is caring and very professional: everything you might need, he can find. He also gives excellent advice on activities, visits, etc. It was an exceptional experience for our third family trip far away from the northern crowded cities of the island.
