“Lovely villa with breathtaking view”

The villa was perfectly clean and new. Everything was in good condition and well maintained. There was enough kitchenware and dishes for preparing meals, and dishwasher and laundry detergents were also provided. The outside of the villa was also fabulous, the view was spectacular and our whole family loved the pool and pool toys. Even separate bath, pool and beach towels were given by the host, very thoughtful. The villa just a few steps away from the beach, shops and restaurants of Kalamaki, and Chania is just a short bus ride away.

The house and pool , the house is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need. We loved it and it was hard to drag ourselves away from the fantastic pool. There was lots nearby and a supermarket just 10 mins way. The bus to Chania at the bottom of the road was easy to use and we dined most evenings in town whilst browsing around the harbour. Was a really lovely and relaxing holiday. Our host was incredibly thoughtful and everthing ran smoothly, even when our flight was delayed. Thank you

“Relaxing”

Perfect 2 bedroom villa, lovely pool and super close to the beach and local shops and restaurants. Additionally when we arrived there was freshly baked local food, fresh fruit, butter, bread water & wine. The contact was really helpful before and during our stay. We felt properly looked after

Elena was an excellent host, despite being delayed she was ready to greet us, even providing some welcome food and drink. The villa is very well kept and has all you need. The pool is lovely, a really good size and the view beyond to the see is fantastic. Location is good with shops and restaurants in walking distance (we loved the beachfront Sunaboo restaurant). Using the park and rid to Chanai is easy as is access up into the mountains or down the coast, if you can prise yourself away from the villa.

Elena was always ready to help when we needed something og had any questions - the location was perfect with the busses and taxis right nearby. The view was so good and the overall house and pool was bigger than we thought

The house was exceptionally clean. Our host was very kind and provided all the necessities we needed. The home has a great view of the sea and the patio and swimming pool was great for us. Parking on the premises is also great. We would definitely visit again!

Stunning Villa with superb views and great pool. Host was excellent- fresh homemade cake on arrival plus welcome pack of food and treats. Nothing to fault. One of the nicest places we have stayed on holidays. Highly recommend, you wont be dissapointed.

The Villa has beautiful panoramic views out over the sea. 15 minute walk east to some of the best beaches in the Chania Area - our favourite being "Yannis Beach". This was the best presented Villa we have ever stayed in. Everything was prepared for us on arrival to the highest standard. The most comfortable bed we have slept in ever at a rented villa. Taxi to the Old Town costs approx 12 Euro each way or you can walk in along the coast from Yannis beach in about 50 minutes.

the view is amazing. the outdoor area is fabulous - it’s actually bigger than it looks in the pictures, the pool is too. great host. what we loved most was how easy, fast and cheap it was to get taxis into chania and to the beaches west of the villa as we didn’t bother getting a rental car - fab location.

“Stunning villa”

View was even better than in the photos. Garden and pool area was well designed, private and tranquil. Sun rise was incredible. Pool very good, as were bedrooms, bathrooms and living area. Excellent aircon. Kitchen well equipped. Elena generous and helpful.

We had a great holiday. Everything was perfect. The view was lovely and the pool was great. The villa is beautifully maintained with all amenities considered. Elena our host looked after us whenever we needed anything and we can’t wait to go back.

“It doesn't get any better than that”

We rented Villa Thea Thallassa from June 14th to June 21st, 2021. Due to the excellent communication with Elana, the owner, we were well informed about the villa and the surrounding area even before we arrived. Our expectations were high, but in reality they were far exceeded. We, my wife and I, felt very, very comfortable in Villa Thea Thallassa. The villa can accommodate 4 people, has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning and 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful living room with air conditioning, from which you can go through a double-sided-door onto the very beautiful terrace. From the terrace mine has an indescribably beautiful view of the sea. From the terrace you go over 2 steps to the large swimming pool. At the pool there are high quality loungers, a parasol and an outdoor shower. The geographical orientation of the villa is awesome. The pool is in the sun all day, but the covered terrace has almost the hole day enough shade. Furthermore, there is always a light wind from the sea, so that you can always find a comfortable place even at high temperatures. The house is sparkling clean inside and out, very beautiful, very tasteful and of high quality. You can clearly feel the personal touch of Elena, the hostess. Speaking of Elena, you couldn't ask for a better, more accommodating hostess. We were greeted with a homemade chocolate cake, a bottle of wine and lots of fruit from Elena. In the refrigerator was bread, butter, honey, cheese and water etc., so that shopping on the first day could be omitted. The restaurants in which we were recommended by Elena, who also made table reservations for us, were all good. We also really liked the location in Galatas / Kalamaki. Various beaches and restaurants can be reached very quickly by rental car We enjoyed our stay at Elena's villa so much that we made up our minds to come back next year (for shure).
