Great Villa. Loved location far enough from Chania buzz but easily accessible by bus. Very spacious villa, had everything we could have wished for. Each bedroom has its own en-suite which was very convenient. We stayed for 9 nights and half way through the stay we had cleaner come in to change sheets and towels which was a nice touch. Home away from home.

“A dream property”

The property is a dream, very clean, modern and well built features a garage for safe parking and inside three bedroom property, all with ensuite toilets, and a beautiful open space kitchen/living room. The outside area is our favourite, we were in villa 3 with a big swimming pool and very pleasant outside space with many chairs, places to lay down and table to eat outside. This was one of the best holidays we ever did, we traveled and rented many properties but this was the top. The property was peaceful and so pleasant to stay. A big thanks to Leo that was our kind host, he made sure we had always everything we needed and even gifted us his precious olive oil. We truly felt at home here…so we want to definitely go back to this property when we can return to Crete!

We have recently returned from an amazing week in Crete staying in Southern Paradise Villas. The villa is amazing. The bedrooms all have on suits and the beds are so comfortable. The villa is modern and fresh with everything you need and the outside pool area was amazing. Added bonus the weather was amazing. The local amenities and beach are very close too. Yes there were villas adjacent to our villa but everyone was quiet, respectful and discreet. And yes there are people living their lives around the location of the villa but that’s the charm This holiday delivered everything we were looking for in our time away. Sun sea, very lovely villa and pool and freedom to come and go as we please.The host Leo was lovely and takes great effort in maintaining his villas to a high standard. We will be returning.

Beautifully clean, bright, spacious and modern. Everything was maintained to the highest standard so it all felt new. The pool was fantastic and felt so lovely and private. Happy way through the week the cleaners came and cleaned top to bottom changing the towels and bedding too. We were made to feel really welcome by the host. Location was lovely, nice and quiet but just a couple of minutes walk from some beaches, beach bars and restaurants and tavernas. Drive to Chania super easy and also a bus at the end of the road. We had a lovely time

“A pleasent holiday”

We had a great time in the villas. The owner was verry helpfull and we had everything we needed in the area. The beach close by was Nice and all the restaurants along the promenade aswell. It was clean and we had cleaning of the house every 3 days. The kitchen was fully functional, and and we had good AC in every room.

perfect villa! very comfortable and clean. modern and all the facilities you need. sunlight all day in the patio & pool area with lots of options for shade. Beds very comfortable and aircon in every room. en-suites were delightful and showers were very powerful. hosts were extremely friendly and arranged for a late check in. also on hand for any issues throughout the stay. very nice welcoming touch of wine and melon on arrival!

The Villa was very comfortable and entirely suited our needs. All bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms. The owner ensured the cleaners came every few days to clean the villa and change the sheets and towels. The pool was amazing!
