The staff were exceptional at this hotel. All very friendly and nothing was a bother. Hotel its self was spotless, great pool with stunning views and their food and drink offerings were excellent . Our room had the best view looking out to the see , with a massive bed and wrap around balcony.

We stayed at Leptos Panorama Hotel with our son and my mum from 26 to 31 May and we were generally very pleased. The hotel deserves a solid 9 – I’m not giving it 10 because it’s not Ikos level, but for its category it’s really very good. We had an apartment in the new part of the hotel (not in the main building) – everything there is new, clean, modern and very comfortable. Great beds and a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The hotel felt very spacious and peaceful – it wasn’t crowded at all, which was perfect for a family holiday. Our child also loved the really nice playground. The staff were excellent – friendly, helpful and genuinely caring. The lady from Customer Relations was outstanding. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well-maintained, with nice pools and a pleasant atmosphere. The reception and restaurant downstairs make a very good impression – nice decor and a lovely fragrance right from the entrance. Location: The hotel is situated right by the water with a stunning view. Unfortunately, the beach below is rather poor and neglected. To get to the nearest shops, tavernas or restaurants you need to walk about 10 minutes along a busy road. I strongly recommend renting a car – it makes everything much easier. You can reach nicer beaches (e.g. Agios, Iguana Beach) and Chania in just 10-15 minutes. In summary: a very good hotel for a relaxing family holiday with excellent service, a new apartment, beautiful views, a spacious feel and a nice playground for children. With a car you’ll be fully satisfied. Highly recommended

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Leptos Panorama Hotel, and from every point of view, it exceeded our expectations. The location is beautiful, with stunning panoramic views that make the whole experience feel relaxing from the very first moment. The hotel has a calm, elegant atmosphere, and everything feels well cared for, from the common areas to the rooms and outdoor spaces. The staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They made us feel welcome throughout our visit and paid attention to the small details that make a hotel stay memorable. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. Housekeeping did an excellent job, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The food was also very enjoyable, with a good variety and quality. Breakfast was a great start to the day, and the dining experience overall felt pleasant and well organized. The pool area and facilities were also lovely, offering a perfect place to relax and enjoy the surroundings. What we appreciated most was the balance between comfort, service, views, and atmosphere. Whether you are looking for a peaceful escape, a romantic stay, or a comfortable base for exploring the area, Leptos Panorama Hotel is a fantastic choice. “The perfect holiday for parents with children who value comfort and exploring new places!”

1. Georgia’s care: I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 pm with my two daughters (aged 13 and 10). Georgia, being a deeply empathetic person, immediately understood what I needed; she welcomed us with open arms, took care of our luggage and made sure we were comfortable. Every day she checked to see if we needed anything; for a mum with two children, that means a lot. Thank you so much! 2. Food: varied, fresh, with something for everyone – for parents and for children. A well-organised restaurant with a selection of comfortable tables. Pleasant, quiet, and yet homely. 3. Service: what really surprised me in a positive way was the lack of staff asking every time which room number the guests were in, etc. (Up until now, in all hotels, including 5-star ones, we were always asked for our room number; they would tick us off a list so we didn’t accidentally eat twice). At the Panorama Hotel, this doesn’t happen, so we didn’t feel like we were being watched and checked on constantly. Thanks to this, everyone felt welcome and valued, and the staff recognised the guests’ faces. It was exceptional. 4. A beautiful swimming pool with a stunning, unique view. 5. Very comfortable, spacious rooms. 6. A great sense of comfort staying at the hotel, with large spaces yet an intimate atmosphere. 7. An open car park, convenient, with spaces always available. 8. Extremely friendly staff, always smiling, friendly and warm. 9. My daughters and I aren’t the ‘all-inclusive’ type – we always hire a car and explore as much as we can. The hotel is ideally situated for those who want to see the island’s main attractions, all within an equal distance (Preveli, Balos, Elafonisi, Seitan Limania, Falasarna, Lake Kournas, Samari Park).

We loved everything about the hotel. Our room had a fantastic panoramic view of the sea, was kept really tidy and clean, and was quiet at night. The food was really well done, with a lot of variation within the meals at breakfast, lunch, and especially dinner. Staff were all very polite and efficient. And special kudos to Georgia who made our last day so relaxing and easy.

From the guy that needs more vacation ;) This is the place where you learn that 5-star hotel is not about dining, amenities or a pool. It is all about customer service and how closely and swiftly your needs are attended. Maria and Georgia - whoever hired these ladies is a very lucky person to have them on board, because they are indeed the 5 stars of this facility. I had many laughs with them during our stay which I especially admire and look for in people working in the hospitality biz. I wish that I had such people around me at every place I ever travel to. Location - the location of the hotel is in my opinion just right - not too close to the city to make it more private and cosy, however still in walking distance to many restaurants, shops and beaches. There is a bus stop at the main gate of the hotel and a bus leaves to Chania city centre every 20 minutes or so. You can conveniently buy tickets in the local shop next to the reception. We were a family of 4 including a toddler and a 4yo and we found it comfortable to go to any place we wanted to. Food was of a very good quality, they offer themed dinners and the choice was above average. The dining area had a spectacular view, so each meal whether breakfast or dinner has been a great experience. We were offered one of the best rooms in the whole hotel with Chania and sea view. No complaints about the room size or cleanliness. The entire hotel has a typical southern europe vibe to it. Beds were comfortable, cleaning occurred daily. The pool is well situated, but sadly we did not have a chance to use it much due to low water temperature (we were there mid Oct). I bet it is a banger in the summer season with this amazing view. Parking is free of charge and spacious which can be very convenient if you use a car for sight seeing. Staff seemed friendly and always smiling.

The panoramic view & pool area were both fabulous. The bar & restaurant staff were great. Georgia , the Guest relations manager was excellent , so helpful & friendly .

My stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional! It’s a place where guest comfort and well-being truly come first. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options, and in the evenings enjoyed themed dinners. The hotel pool is large, clean, and there are plenty of sun loungers, so it was always easy to find a spot to relax. Right next to the pool is a fantastic bar serving delicious cocktails – the perfect touch for a summer holiday. The hotel staff deserve the highest praise – everyone was incredibly friendly, smiling, and always helpful. The hotel manager, Georgia, takes care of every guest with great dedication and warmth, making the stay truly unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel – it’s a place you’ll want to return to, and one that stays in your memory for a long time!

The hotel view was absolutely beautiful – like paradise – and the pool was stunning. Its location is perfect, being very close to the beach with easy bus connections to get around. The food was amazing with a great selection to choose from, and every meal felt special. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming, especially Mrs. Georgia, who went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. Her kindness and dedication really made a difference. Overall, a fantastic experience that I would happily recommend!
