The location was very good and we have access to different beaches from hotel by walk

Everything was great, the location was perfect - close to many beaches, restaurants, shops, a bus station /it takes 20 minutes to get to the centre of Chania/. Changed sheets and towels every day. Quiet. The staff is really nice.

Nice location. 5' on foot from the beach and the bus stop connecting it to the city 5km away. Frequent buses as well. The staff provided fresh towels and linen every day.

The room is cozy and very close to the beach. Also a nice store nearby, we bought good fruit there. And the price is quite reasonable for me.

Wonderful stay in Chania

“Very good location”

The location is a great advantage, 5 minutes to the public beach, close to taverns and restaurants. 5 minutes to the bus stop, from where you can get to Chania in about 15 minutes. The room has a fridge, a kettle and a balcony with a clothes dryer. A welcome bottle of water and a sachet of Nescaffe.

Our stay was excellent in Alexandra Hotel, the hosts were very kind and helpful, and also flexible. The room was clean, the interior has a cozy Greek atmosphere - it was good to return here every day after the excursions. The balcony is a nice feature. Kalamaki Beach and services are all nearby.

Very kind and friendly persons, clean and nice property. Good location for visiting Chania as town as the most important and popular beaches.

The hotel is in a key location, right next to kalamaki beach and 10 minutes from the center of Chania. Even though kalamaki beach is not the reason we chose this hotel, it was a very descent and not very well known beach, with few people and clear waters. We enjoyed our visits there more than we were initially expected. As for the hotel itself, it provided the very nice, private atmosphere, it was very clean and it felt really cozy, like we were living in our own summer house. Our room had a very nice balcony in which we were chilling, looking down a very peaceful street. The beds were comfy and our private bathroom had all the amenities we needed (hot water wherever we wanted, good pressure of water and modern structure). There was also an air-conditioning unit, powerful and very capable to turn our room into a cool and nice shelter from the outside summer heat. Lastly , I need to comment the exceptional hospitality! Throughout our stay at this hotel, we were truly impressed by miss Katerina's unwavering commitment to ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. From the moment we checked in, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to make our experience memorable. The owners' attention to detail was remarkable; they took the time to personalize our stay, catering to our preferences and making thoughtful recommendations for local attractions and dining options. It felt like they were genuinely invested in creating a memorable and enjoyable stay for each guest. Whenever we needed assistance or had questions, the owner was readily available and went out of their way to accommodate our needs. Their responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly set them apart. Additionally, their staff (miss Dina, the cleaning lady) mirrored the owner's exceptional hospitality, consistently providing courteous and attentive service.

“Great location, good price, nice room”

Great location, the beach is just a few minutes away. Reasonable price for a nice simple room. We loved the balcony with sea view. The host was super nice and helpful. We had a great time, I would recommend this place and love to return.

Perfect location, especially if you don't rent a car, all buses stop close, you can reach everything fast and easy. Simple, nice room, good air-co, daily cleaning, helpful host. Great in this price category.

Clean. Good location as off street car parking readily available. Quiet. Public transport (bus / taxi) easily accessible to town centre. Very close to beach (`100m).

Great location for beach or buses to chania.

The hotel is near the beach and the bus stop that goes to Chania center. The place has very good value for money which, in my opinion, is the most important factor. I'm not saying that it's the best hotel, I'm saying it has great value for the money that you pay.

Very close to the beach and bus station for bus to Chania center. Mini market few meter away. Books and board games in lobby.

“Not a place for vacations.”

Location would be maybe an 8/10 depending on what you are looking for and disregarding the fact that you will have your old window facing a street that can be loud. The receptionist lady a is a 10/10, but that’s it. Oh and it has a balcony which is nice if you want to smoke.
