Location! View from the balcony. Far from noisy bazar! Compact. Elevator even here. Hot water 24/7!!!!! Light 24/7!!!! Very big respect to the manager of the Hotel Imran. Very cooperative, helpful and professional!

“Winter Travel to Kalam Only Made Possible by Zen Luxus”

Worth mentioning is great attitude of staff and their continuous effort to make the stay comfortable. They were open to feedback and improve and were polite and understanding. It was too good to be true and I wish this continues with consistency in future as well. Coming to the property itself, rooms were clean and warm and there was boiling hot water all the time despite sub zero temperature. The food was fresh and clean and caused not even slightest stomach issues common to traveling in the north. The location was amazing. Overall, if one can afford, it's the best place in Kalam for staying with family and kids. Since the property just started this year, I hope to see more improvements in years to come and wish the staff and the management all the best. Will visit again IA.

Most luxuries stay available in Kalam imo! Very nice and cooperative staff available to entertain every request of customer! Their executive room with balcony view are a super plus for eagle's eye view of snow covered Kalam! The location is also very nice and facilities are quite satisfactory given location and availability of resources. Definitely a go to place if you want to have a cozy break in the mountains!

Amazing location (altho the approach is steep). The views from the hotel are spectacular. Rooms are nice. Food is excellent. Staff is friendly and helpful, especially the chef!
