The 2 nearby beaches are good. Lia beach is just walking so one can spend time there. Kalafatis beach is a 10-15min drive, but it is an excellent beach with some water sports activities.

“A lovely if small villa in a far flung part of Mykonos.”
The property was nicely finished in the typical Mykonos style with natural rocks and white interiors with no hard edges. The table outside was big and very conducive to sitting watching the sun go down whilst drinking mastiha.

“Amazing view, wonderful staycation and the best host”
Everything was amazing Rooms were super clean and very well equipped. As a family with two childrens we didn't feel very welcomed starting from the airport and passengers than we didn't find a car to rent at the airport and had a very bad experience with a driver, however thanks to Petros he made our stay ways better allowing us to keep our luggage at his property and directed us to the beach bar which was 5 mnts walking distance, also he arranged for us a car to rent delivered till the door of the residence . We absolutely recommend the residence and we will be back .

Our stay had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice on the hot days and the restaurant was very good and close by. You could walk to the restaurants.

“Perfect location close to the beach”

Just 100 mt from a secluded beach. Area is only residential and therefore is quiet and not busy. Great view from our terrace. It was great having breakfast looking down at the sea and enjoy the quietness (only "noise" were birds and wind).

“Good time in Lia”
Vlia Apartments are very beautiful, very clean and full of services, near the fantastic Lia beach. We stayed there 3 days with our children: all around is calm and silent, only beach, swim, play and relax. Petros is very accommodating with all your requests. He was very kind and helpful.

“Definitely worth a second stay”
The interior design is lovely. The cave house style is very pleasant. Quiet place with close walking distance to the beach.
