Fantastic villa! Very comfortable, with three big bedrooms, very clean and fully equipped. We had everything we needed being a family with 3 small kids. The terrace is absolutely lovely. The person looking after the villa, Bill, is very kind and attentive, helped us with everything. The location is very good for families, away from the hectic party scene and 5 mins walk to a lovely beach. Parking on site was very convenient.

The house was impeccably clean and incredibly spacious, exactly as shown in the advertisement photos. It came fully equipped with cutlery and even a coffee machine, adding to the convenience of the stay. The view from the house was breathtaking, and being less than a 10-minute walk from the beach was a major plus. The sunsets were some of the best I've ever seen, and the crystal-clear water gave an infinity pool-like experience. A perfect place for a relaxing getaway, combining comfort, beauty, and easy access to the beach.

The property was very nice and as described. It was peaceful and had all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay. The location is a 5-minute walk to the beach and has some restaurants nearby. I would recommend hiring a car to get around as taxis are very expensive, but for what we needed, the location of the property worked well for us. The communication and check-in/out process was seamless, and the host was on hand to answer any questions and support with transport needs. We had a great stay and would go back again if we returned to the island.

Excellent/clean apartment and great location. We love the Lia beach 5 min walk. The view is amazing.🥰 The photos are exactly like the apartment. The service was excellent, places, beaches, and restaurants suggestions, very kind and helpful.

Clean, everything available, very helpful host, spacious house, amazing view. Car is a must as the house is remotely and no close shops available, shops and restaurants within reasonable distance by car.

We booked very last minute when our flight home was cancelled at 10pm, the host messaged me straight away and was waiting for us with the key. The house was beautiful with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, washing machine and fully functioning kitchen and washing machine. Short walk over to the beach and stunning views from the balcony. Was sad to leave.

“Beautiful and spacious villa by the beach - great location for exploring Mykonos”

The host was excellent and always quick to respond to any questions and happy to help. We liked the location of the villa: right by the Lia beach, you could see the beach from the terrace as it's only 5 minutes' walk away. It was easy to find the villa but it's certainly good to have a car to get there and also to explore the island. There is private outside parking at the house. The Lia beach is peaceful and not crowded, which is nice. There is a beach club and a restaurant too. And on some days if you felt like being somewhere more lively you could drive to the other beaches which are only a short drive away. The villa is beautifully decorated. There are three bedrooms, two with air conditioning, and the third one has a ceiling fan which helps a bit, but if outside temperatures are high, the room is hot at night even with the window open. There is no air conditioning in the living area but it can be well aired with keeping the terrace door open as well as the kitchen window (both have mosquito nets).There are two full bathrooms which is great, one en-suite (wc, sink, shower) and another separate bathroom (wc, sink, shower) with a washing machine. There is also an outside shower for getting sand off after the beach. The kitchen is very good, with a big fridge & freezer and a dishwasher. We made nice meals every day and it was comfortable to cook in the kitchen. But if you are a fan of grilling, you should know that there is no barbecue. The terrace is spacious and it was lovely to sit outside in the evening having dinner by the big table. There are many properties close to each other but the villa we stayed in was probably one of the most private ones. Overall our stay was excellent and we would warmly recommend staying at the villa.

The villa is very comfortable, nicely furnished and with a fantastic terrace with sea-view. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect (one is en suite). There are oven, microwave, hairdryer, washing machine. The host is very very polite and he supports you with everything.

“Best Private Villa in Greece/Mykonos!!!”

This was the best location we stayed at in Greece but you MUST have a car. It's located nearly 30 mins from the Mykonos city/atmosphere life. We chose this because it was next to the beach and quiet. It was relaxing and the host was amazing. Helped order food for us and gave good recommendations for restaurants in town.

Perfect home to spend the holidays. It has everything you need. The host is awesome, and made our stay more comfortable.
