“Apartment with views”

Very cute apartment with everything I needed, the views to the sea during the sunset were phenomenal! The beach and public bus stop were 5 mins away, also there were restaurants and a little grocery store pretty close to the apartment. The pool was amazing too, but what made everything perfect was the owner, he was so kind and welcoming! :)

“Perfect place to stay”

The place was perfect, with a beautiful view over the sea. The host was very helpful, providing information about how to get there by bus. We stayed one week, did everything by bus, which was fine. It is really close to the beach, where there is a lot of shade of the trees. There also is a nice, deep swimming pool at the apartment complex. Great about the apartment was that all windows had mosquito screens, so you could leave windows open during the night to cool off. (There was also AC, but we prefer to use a fan & open windows). The outside seating options of our appartment (table & chairs, and sunbeds) were really nice as well, with shade in the afternoon.

“A lovely and peaceful stay”

Very nice stay at Chaniotis studios. Maria was extremely helpful and accommodating. She even brought us coffee and water on the first morning. The location is fine if you want to be away from the crowds but you need a scooter or car for sure if you want to explore the island.

“Wonderful stay in Mykonos”

Chianiotis Studio is a wonderful place to stay, excellent View of the Bay, very close to the beach, have a wonderful swimming pool, kitchenette, Fridge, private terrace and all we needed to have a wonderful stay in Mykonos, the area is quiet and the facilities are all there. Maria the host helped us lots and was very accommodating with all our needs and questions. We felt like at home. Thanks!

Firstly the host Maria was supportive and helpful from beginning to end and nothing was too much trouble, and also her Father, so a big thank you to them both! If you are looking for a more authentic, ‘real’ piece of Mykonos with a stunning beach, peace and relaxation, then this is the place to come!! Chaniotis are rustic bungalows with basic self catering facilities without the frills perfect for those who don’t need glamour, just originality! We stayed in a studio for three and enjoyed a lovely view of the ocean every morning from our table outside. The kitchen and facilities are basic but adequate for self catering. The beach is STUNNING, and only a 5 minute walk from the studios. The water is crystal clear with plenty of fish life and perfect for young children and snorkelling . The Bus stop is also right by the beach in front of Petrino Aquarius restaurant (extremely friendly and helpful staff and nice restaurant). Ano Mera is the closest little town with much more choice of restaurants and cheaper, as there are just 3 in Kalafatis. We recommend Odos Araxame, great food! The supermarket is in Ano Mera or Maria introduced us to an App and you can shop online and it gets delivered, and you can also order take away from a selection of restaurants.. perfect! The bus takes you straight to the old Port of Mykonos, about 20-30 mins dependant on how many stops. €2 each way to Ano Meta and €2.50 each way to Mykonos. My 9 year old and 18 year old loved it and as a single Mum it was perfect and safe and most of all relaxing and I will definitely return again one day.

This studio has a charming, cozy, and familial feel to it. The hostess, Maria, was incredibly welcoming and friendly, which made the stay even better. The location is a bit away from the center, offering a peaceful and calm atmosphere. Renting an ATV or car made transportation super easy and convenient. Overall, a lovely and relaxing place to stay!

If you stay in mykonos, I can really recommend this place! Nice vibe, calm, beautiful view! 5 min walking to the beach. 2 Restaurants you can reach by walking in 5 min als well. The owner are really kind and want to make your stay perfect!

“Nice studios close to the beach”

The studios are 2 minutes walking from Kalafati Beach, a beautiful mykonian beach far from the crowd and the craziness of the west. They are on top of a hill and you can see the sea from the terrace. My apartment was very nice, clean, comfortable, with everything you could need. But I want to spend just few words for Maria, the owner, and her dad, two of the most kindest people I’ve ever met. Maria is so nice, gentle, always ready to help, a very gentle soul and it was a pleasure to meet her.
