“Clean, good equipped and spacious. Value for money”

We had a very nice stay at this beautiful, traditional house. It was spacious, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. One of the highlights was the lovely, well-kept courtyard, perfect for relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Meteora and the surrounding areas.

“Sarakinas Farm House”

Mr. Antonio handed us the keys. He waited for us, our plane was delayed, we still stayed in Athens at the car rental. He gave us a bottle of red wine that he makes himself. It was very tasty. We had the whole house to ourselves. The kitchen equipment was perfect. There is a large garden around the house, the house has three bedrooms, a terrace, a living room and a bathroom. All for your convenience. The house is close to the monasteries in Meteora. We also took trips to Ioánnina and two caves, a castle and many others. The neighbors are quieter, nicer and more accommodating. A bunch of young boys meet in the next street and ride around the village on loud motorbikes. They also drove through the night, but the neighbor arranged for them and there was holy peace, so it was really relaxing. The only negative: there are no mosquito nets in the windows and in the kitchen the net in the window has holes, so it is not possible to ventilate during the night. We were just unlucky at +35 ° every day. There are air conditioners in the bedrooms, but I don't turn them on for health reasons, so I need to keep the window open during the night, the air is refreshing in the morning. But lots of mosquitoes. Otherwise, a beautiful, comfortable house. I recommend it to everyone. Iva + Petr CZE Praga

“Fantastic”

If you live in a city and want to chill in the garden and sleep well that’s a place for you. No noise in the night whatsoever!

The house is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Its garden is marvellous. It is close to the monasteries, but outside the more busy Kalambaka and Kastraki, in the quiet and beatiful village Sarakina. There are tow very nice tavernas. Antonio offered us a bottle of his wine and has provided water and coffee.

Beautiful and charming big house, lovingly furnished with a more than well-equipped kitchen. Great big garden with plenty of shady spots. Very quiet place with friendly and helpful neighbors. And not to forget Antonio the host. Very friendly communication and there were even fresh tomatoes and very tasty home-made red wine. We had such a wonderful time that we even stayed an extra day. Highly recommended!!

“Branimira”

The house was big and clean. There was a beautiful garden with roses. In the garden there was a cherry, tomatoes, cucumbers and of course there war olive trees.The neighbours were very nice. One of them gave us a turtle. Everything was GREAT 👍

Very spacious, a great location in a quiet area near Meteora. You have the entire garden for yourself and quite a few bedrooms. The owner was also very nice.

“Lovely, will come back again”

Loved the fact it was a farmhouse and kids enjoyed walking around the various fruits and vegetable garden. Friendly host and neighbours, overall enjoyed the peaceful quiet lifestyle. Lovely outdoor area where the family spend a lot of time having long dinners in the evening, also has barbecue facilities. The host also left some of the wine he made himself for us, was wonderful having home made wine.

“A home away from home”

Staying in the house felt a bit like being a resident of the village. Friendly neighbors passing by kept greeting us while we were playing with our 20-month-old in the wonderful garden. Time almost stood still, which is the surest sign of a relaxing holiday. Antonio, our host, was incredibly nice and forthcoming. When the coffee maker broke, he replaced it quickly and without question. Overall, we couldn‘t have had a better stay.
