Overview
Right on the foothill of Meteora, Villa San Giorgio is located in the traditional village of Kastraki, only 1 kilometre from Kalambaka. The traditional villa offers 10 simply appointed rooms, most with balcony with views of the Meteora rocks or the St. George forest. Guests can make use of the shared kitchen and the common living area. Breakfast is prepared daily and can be enjoyed in the breakfast area by the fireplace. Other facilities include free internet and free parking.

The location is very nice and convenient, especially for visiting Meteora. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they also suggested a great place to eat nearby. Breakfast was nice as well, and overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

I didn’t have a view from my room, but a short walk onto the road outside and one of the monasteries of Meteora is in your face. A very basic place but walking distance from the rock if you like a hike.

“Best view of Meteora and kindest personnel”
The view is indeed as shown in the pictures. Right below Meteora, a magical place to be and sip your coffee. The hotel was very clean, the personnel was very kind and they were also very cool with pets, even pet them. There is also a small parking 🅿️. It was the best priced hotel we found for that weekend and it very value for money to us. 2 mins by car from Meteora. Free water and sodas on the monk fridge. We had a lovely stay. It's great for a couple of days

Location. The place is right under Meteora, all view points are easy to reach. The owner was very nice and told us about the routes and the hours of the monasteries.

Location is great, our room had limited view to Meteora, near restaurant. Air conditioner. New and comfy mattress. We stayed one night so it was fine to us. Breakfast was basic but enough.

“Generally ok but for the price could be better”
Great location - straight at the bottom of the mountains, picturesque views. Very nice unexpected bonus was a common kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed for light cooking.

As usual, great place to have a week of full relax. The hotel provides renewed rooms with AC and all required facilities. The sea has a few islands around which can be reached on SUP. The beach is almost empty with provided free sunbeds. Very good restaurant and other beaches are reachable in 5-10m by car.
