Property was extremely clean with everything provided for self catering. Nikos and Soula made us very welcome and included some tasty extras for our meals. A pleasant location with easy access to Kalabaka. We will return!

We stayed in 10 different places travelling around Greece and this was by far the best! The apartment is spacious, very well equipped and immaculately clean. The hosts Nikos and Sula provided basic provisions which was a nice touch. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was large and airy. It was a lovely, peaceful place to spread out and relax. The garden is very well maintained; access and parking are very easy (something we struggled with in other places!). It's just a few minutes drive into town.

Absolutely perfect . The house is beautiful and cozy . Totally equipped . Parking in private area . WiFi speed . Peaceful and relaxing place just 5 minutes drive from the center and 10 from Meteore . Nikos is the best host ever had . Nice , welcoming , helpful and makes you feel like home . A wonderful person with it was so nice to talk . “Fabulous apartment outside Kalambaka”

An absolutely wonderful stay in a fabulous downstairs apartment (below the owners house) on the outskirts of Kalambaka. We were met by the lovely couple on arrival who showed us around the property and made us feel very welcome. The apartment is spacious, very clean and tidy and had everything provided for a very comfortable stay. There were also a few breakfast bits provided which was a really lovely touch. The bed was super comfy and shower was powerful with plenty of hot water (not always a given in Greece!) All in all, a truly wonderful stay and we couldn't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent, prompt communication. Nikos made us feel at home as soon as we stepped out of the car and it only got better. Beautiful, clean villa with all amenities. Perfect location especially if you have a car- the town & restaurants are less than 5 min drive and the monasteries about 15 min. Make sure you ask Nikos to suggest some places depending on your preferred cuisine!

I found the perfect apartment in Kalambaka after an extensive search! This space felt brand new and offered a cozy, tranquil atmosphere just outside the city (5 min drive) It was well-equipped with essentials, including a washing machine—which was much needed after my days of travel. The bed was so comfortable, there were plenty of fresh towel provided and a selection of tea and coffee on offer. Nikos, the host, was exceptional; he even met me late at night to guide me to the property. His warm hospitality truly enhanced my stay. I would happily return to this wonderful apartment!

Very spacious and so CLEAN apartment on the ground floor of the house. It had everything necessary for a comfortable stay and the kitchen is very well equipped. The outdoor space is beautiful offering a distant but gorgeous views of Meteora. The property is just a few minutes by the main road and the garden is a great place to have a walk through and get some peace and quiet. The host was very responsive, kind end he thought of everything that we might need. Thank you for a wonderful stay and hospitality 👋🇬🇷

Amazing place to stay, owned by very lovely and welcoming family. Big, beautiful rooms with everything you could ever need, even washing machine. Air conditioning in kitchen and bedroom. Beautiful, blooming garden. Very lovely cat named Helena. Comfortable bed. We loved it a lot.
