A very nice hotel in a beautiful spot managed by a very warm and welcoming family.

The location offers a truly unique and breathtaking view of Meteora, set in a peaceful and impeccably clean environment. What made our stay especially memorable was the exceptional hospitality of the hosts—their warmth, kindness, and genuine care made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. The breakfast was rich and varied, with most products homemade, reflecting the same attention to detail and generosity. The room was spotless, with very clean linens and a well-maintained bathroom. Direct access from the room to the garden, overlooking Meteora, creates a stunning setting that quite simply takes your breath away.

The stay was absolutely amazing. Spyros and his family made everything smooth and easy, always doing their best to make my stay comfortable, recommending places to visit, paths to find, or restaurants to eat at, and arranging transfers. The hotel is not along the main street but a bit further away, making it very quiet and allowing for a nice stroll when coming back at night (reachable by car, the route is almost finished!). Breakfast was also great : fresh and local products (that made me like spinach!), plenty to eat and with smiles.

The owner wanted to create a boutique hotel and that’s what it is. The hotel is a bit outside of the city center and has a nice views on the mountains, depending which room you choose. By car the center is only a few minutes away. They offer some wine tasting which we didn’t do as we only stayed one night.

Everything was absolutely delightful! The family-run business was clearly something they love doing and they genuinely enjoy people. Service was top notch - attentive, friendly, helpful, engaging - all without being overbearing. Upon our arrival, we were given a large bottle of sparkling water and a plate of a variety of freshly picked grapes from their garden. The breakfast, which was included, had a wonderful variety of home cooked dishes - home made jams, spinach pie, meats, breads, sweet cakes and your choice of coffee. Christina offered to make us any style of eggs and the coffee was endless. ;-) Spiro came around to each table to welcome us and chat, offering great advice and suggestions for our stay. The family takes great pride in running their rather unique, small hotel and have created lovely areas outside on the grounds to relax and take in the scenery. The location was stunning, being directly at the foot of the towering rocks that house the Meteora monasteries. Spiro and Christina (and their lovely daughters) were the perfect hosts!
