Very nice place. Yiannis is a wonderful host who made us very welcome. The place was perfect for a short stay and very quiet with parking outside.

First-class accommodation and first-class host, Yianis, who greeted me warmly on arrival, and was always available to answer queries and fulfil requests. The apartment (the family studio) was excellent. Spacious, colourful, and very comfortable, with good lighting and a lovely floor. The kitchen area was fully equipped and the bathroom was easy to negotiate. To top it all, the French windows open onto a huge, totally private, balcony with panoramic views of red-tiled village rooftops and the hills rising to the north. Clearly, a great deal of care and attention (and hard work) goes into maintaining the high standards of this property which is located a few minutes walk from the waterfront. It was a pleasure to stay here.

The location is great, owner is always there in order to help, the room has space and well equipped. The sea and the restaurants are walking distance of 5 minutes and 15 minutes by car for Milies.

Close to the beach out of the traffic. The room was quite new and clean well equipped. The owner is very polite and always there in case you need something. Walking distance from restaurants cafe bars . 10 minutes from Milies and Vizitsa.

I would like to recommend this accommodation. I only have warm words to share about it. First of all, I must mention Mr. Yiannis, the owner, who was so friendly, helpful, and kind. Truly a wonderful and warm-hearted person. And also his brother, Panos, who wasn’t around during our stay, but sent several messages to make sure everything was okay. Thank you both very much. Besides that, the place is pleasant, the kitchen is well-equipped, the air conditioner works efficiently, and the balcony is simply lovely. Definitely worth a visit.

“Spotlessly clean apartment on a peaceful location”

The location of this apartment is ideal, close to the beach but very peaceful. There's a space for parking right in front of the house. The apartment was unbelievably clean—absolutely spotless, sparkling clean—with a fresh, welcoming scent the moment you walk in. Out of all our travels, this was the most welcoming experience with so many lovely treats, perfectly arranged, that were waiting for us on the table. The kitchen, the bathroom had everything we needed and more and all items, perfectly clean, were sealed in plastic bags. The towels smelled wonderful, and every small detail was taken care of, with mosquito nets on the balcony, repellents, pegs, washbowl, and much more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. Our host Yannis is exceptional, he deserves a 10+ rating—so kind, attentive, and always ready to help. We will definitely come here again!

The apartment is very very nice,comfortable and very clean.Everything inside is new,kitchen is fully equiped with everything you need.Bathroom is also very nice and it is big.In front of the apartment you can park your car.The position of the apartment is also very good,it is in a quiet street,and steel only 3 minutes from the beach,and 2 minutes from super market.The most important thing,Mr Yannis is there whole day,always waiting for you with a smile,and ready to help if you need something.Mr Panos is also very good guy,ready to answer on every question that you have,and also ready to help you.I really recommend this apartment to everybody,and if I come back to Kala Nera,I will defenately come here again.Thanx for everything!

We was extremely Surprised that we got anything we needed, really everything! Everything was cleaned before we get in and protected, when you will get in you will see what I mean. And the stuff was extremely welcome and helpful.

“Great hospitality in clean and spacious apartment”

The apartment was very clean with all new accessories. It is very spacious apartment with large terrace. WiFi was excellent. Hosts are two brothers who are doing their best to make stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great and friendly host with a comfy place very close to the beach. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed. In addition, we were helped with information about the area and attractions for the kids

“The price was unbelievable super for what they offer by far!!”

The hosts are two brothers with passion for what they are doing. One of them is staying awake every night downstairs till he ensures that all the hosts are sleeping and they do not his help anymore in any matter. The place is also only 50 meters from supermarket, 100 meters from the beach, and 10 mins away from Milies a very interesting traditional village with a Folklore museum (free without admission), great walking paths in the nature, a beautifull square, do riding in the forest (even for starters) and you can also take a touristic train from Milies to Ano Lechonia (with spectacular views to see). The ticket you can get on board, but then noone can quarantee you that there seats left in high season. We went in May and it was fine. Generally the area has a lot to see, explore and experience. We were 7 days there and we did not feel bored a single moment.

Very clean and comfortable suites with all amenities you nay need. Giorgos is a very cheerful and helpful host, a very good place to stay in Kala Nera. Highly recommend!
