Overview
Nestled amidst rich greenery, between the banks of Karkotis and Garillis rivers, Enipnion Apartments is a complex of self-catering units set in Palia Kakopetria village. It is 55 km from Nicosia and Limassol cities. The family-run agrotourism residence offers spacious apartments with private balconies facing the untouched countryside, the rivers or the neighbouring village houses. Each with a living room and a bedroom, the traditionally styled apartments are equipped with free Wi-Fi, LCD TV with cable channels. They all include a kitchen with fridge and most have a fireplace and a bathroom with spa bath. The center of the village is within a 5-minute walk where restaurants, shops and supermarkets are found. A public swimming pool is 500 meters away and is open during summer months. An array of activities can be enjoyed in the surroundings, including cycling and fishing. Troodos Mountains where guests can enjoy skiing, cycling and hiking, are 20 km away.

Our stay here was amazing. Everything was very clean and the location was perfect, it was walking distance to everything you needed in the village. We hope to visit again in the future!!

Cozy apartment with a small terrace. With everything you need in the room. We were traveling with a fairly large dog. A pleasant and helpful host. The room has a fireplace. Very convenient location with everything you need: cafes, rope park, museums, hiking trail, mountain river, all within walking distance.

The Apartment wasnt quite ready so alternative accommodation was organised every thing was perfect and look forward to staying here in the future, the communication was perfect 👌

“Superb, rustic, charming”
Loved it! The apartment was so lovely, full of rustic charm and a perfect size for us. Really well equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, in the heart of the old town but really peaceful with a pretty forest/river walk just behind. The host was lovely, friendly but not intrusive and we were able to take our little dog free of charge. We will definitely be returning!

After clear instructions re: where to park our car and how to reach the property, we easily found it. Unfortunately, I hadn't seen Yiannis' messages while I was driving, and he was patiently waiting for us at the reception. We immediately felt very welcome, and he even gave us a bottle of wine as a gesture of hospitality. Then, he showed us our apartment, which was just great: a spacey bedroom, a kitchen, sofa, and spacious bathroom - and a wide balcony on the street side where we sat both in the afternoon and evening. Shutters make the room completely dark, and in this quiet neighbourhood, silence is all but guaranteed so we had a very good sleep. Close by, there is a bar and a restaurant, and a short walk downhill brings you to a bunch of restaurants near the river. All in all, a very commendable option for your stay in Kakopetria.

“Wonderful apartment in a cute town”
Love the place. Personally I would remove the bath tub and just have a nice shower there, but other than that the place is charming. Don’t forget you’re in the mountains so in that setting this place fits perfectly. The town centre is a pleasant 5 mins walk in the town’s most beautiful street with lots of cute cats/kittens, some nice bars and lovely houses. The owner is very kind and made our stay even better

Beautiful setting in the old town with mountain views. The extras in the room, a bowl of fresh fruit and fresh flowers a nice touch. The family owners were very helpful and understanding.

Host was welcoming and attended quickly to our needs. Location was perfect, in the old town. Apartment was well-equipped and bed was good. Comfortable seating area outside. Free parking just outside the old town.

The location is nice but the bed was not comfortable and the heating boiler was outside the door and you could hear the noise.
