Boasting hot spring baths on the top floor overlooking the city, Dormy Inn Express Kakegawa is located a 10-minute walk from JR Kakegawa Train Station. A hearty breakfast buffet with seafood and other specialities are available. Free Wi-Fi is offered throughout the property. “Excellent location, great breakfast, wonderful onsen.”
Very polite and friendly service. The breakfast was excellent! The roof top onsen has superb view across the city with complimentary ice cream after.

The public onsen was so spacious, and the outdoor onsen on the women's side has a view of the castle lit up at night!

“Better than home with the whole team! love Japan and Kakegawa!”
All the staff was great with me and my wife my entire stance in the hotel, onsen is a super plus for relaxing and feel really good with the whole building view, the front desk staff specially one old man was really cool and kind with us, staying in Japan is the best you can do, Japanese people are the best in the world! love them! and we will sure come back soon! they helped me to send my luggage back to Tokyo as well! dream team for sure and to finish this, they were 1000% committed with every step and task I asked for! thanks!

“Wonderful onsen, great staff”
Onsen was great. Views of the castle and Mt. Fuji (on a clear day). The whole experience was lovely - after my evening soak I felt more relaxed than any massage. Staff were wonderful. Although English was hit or miss, their attitude was impeccable. Location was great - easy walk to the train station and castle. Also, a big shout out to the curry place near the castle recommended by the staff. We enjoyed the food and the vibe immensely. Everything about the place, from the complimentary treats to the staff attitude seems designed to make the guests feel comfy and happy.

“Conveniently located hotel with hotspring”
Most hotels are situated on the southern side of Kakegawa Station while Dormy Inn Express Kakegawa is located where you may get a spectacular view of the Kakegawa castle. The onsen opens from 3pm to 10am of the next day. You can use the washing machines for free and the dryers with a small fee. There are many restaurants to choose from around the area.

“A comfortable stay”
Free use of the washer while that of the dryer is ¥100 / 20 minutes. Microwave ovens are available. Free coffee. Hotspring is also free for guests staying in the hotel. Excellent view of the castle.

“Very comfortable for a short stay in Kazegawa”
There were free public baths for both genders (women’s one had a code to ensure privacy). Room was clean, lots of towels provided and provided bathrobes for the baths. Really close to some amazing food options just down the street.

“Perfect hotel near Kakegawa Castle and station”
The room was very clean and comfortable with a great view of Kakegawa Castle from the 10th floor. The onsen was lovely and the free water, ice creams, and night-time ramen were an added bonus.
