“Wonderful second stay – just one small suggestio”

This was my second time staying at the same hotel in Kakarvita, and once again, the quality was impressive. Everything was fine – clean rooms, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. I really appreciated the consistency in hospitality. If I could offer one small suggestion: offering a complimentary coffee upon arrival would make the experience even more welcoming. Other than that, everything else was great. Looking forward to my next visit!

Unexpected false blame !! Property damage which I not did ! They give blame on me

Too many times I have been promised hot water for shower, only to find out at the crack of dawn that there isn't. Perhaps it's my own fault for not insisting at time of check in, that they physically demonstrate how the system works. Despite that and the hard mattress (though it wasn't too uncomfortable) wasn't a bad place to recharge before heading into India.

There was no breakfast. On one occasion, I was offered toast but with no butter or spread, let alone a preserve.

It was a very pleasant stay.. the staff were very supportive and helpful.. room service was very fast and the owner was very nice.. he helped us with the taxi while coming back.

The food was good overall and the room was good too but hope it could be more better!!!But overall its a good place to stay …With love JIGMI ❤️❤️
