“Overall this is not satisfied me.”
My booking was including breakfast but the hotel refused to provide breakfast . 0n 29th Feb 2024,the hotel has claimed breakfast charge which I had to pay. then after prolong persuasion the hotel management allowed partly (Rs 200 only) for breakfast charge,, though my booking was including Breakfast. After check in they had provided us room no 302 which was flooded with toilet water after taking bath. Then they shifted me in a small room where only 2 person can accommodate. The toilet here also shabby, door is not lockable, the service of room was not prompt.

Very pathetic experience. Room is very dirty. Bedding is dirty. I told the staff to change. They didn't respond property. Booking is with breakfast but they told it is not. Very bad

“A perfect stay”
Perfect location for the hotel, staff were always extremely helpful. Room was very nice and kept clean. Hotel stored luggage before and after check in/check out which was also very helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.
