When I arrived to check in, the hotel canceled my first booking, claiming it was because I hadn't paid in full. However, according to their system, payment could be made upon arrival. This made me question the purpose of making a reservation in advance. I had to re-book at the counter, and upon entering the room, I discovered that the dustbin hadn't been emptied, and the blanket, which had hairs on it, hadn't been changed. Additionally, during my stay, I killed two small cockroaches.

I was stayed in this hotel on 26-27 April, i told the receptionist that i wanted to check out early morning at 7:00am, but the receptionist said that the reception open at 8 am and I asked her how can I check out ? then she asked me to left the access card at the hotel room then about the deposit they will transfer to my accounts, I’ve gave my acc number to the receptionist but until now it’s already 24 hours since i checked out frm the hotel, I didn’t receive my deposit back and i also massaged the property but no answer.. To the receptionist : SILA JUJUR !!!
