“Excellent, comfortable hotel.”
Lovely hotel - great parking, good soundproofing and very comfortable. I arrived early and the receptionist managed to find me an available room without having to wait, which was much appreciated. I stayed as a stop over on my journey back from Salzburg and I'd highly recommend it.

“Good price for value.”
Good location, not far from city centre (15 minutes walking). Room was beautiful (like a real Kaiserslautern football fan room). If you like running it’s good location for trail runs around nearby forest.

“A real good hotel”
A very well-organized property. The staff are truly all, always, very kind. The cleanliness of the rooms, as well as the attention to detail, is above average for Kaiserslautern, and the value for money is unbeatable. Perhaps the only slightly annoying thing was the noise from the bathroom ventilation fan, but it is enough to switch off the general lighting and power button of the room to stop it. The downside is that, once this is done, it is no longer possible to use the electrical outlets to charge mobile phones. However, this seems to me a very minor issue. Overall, it remains a pleasant—very pleasant—stay, with a welcoming bar and the memory of a team that is truly dedicated to guests’ needs, and also very friendly.

Short walk into the town centre. Free Parking. Staff are polite and accommodating. Late check-out was organised with no hassle. The gym is a little small, but there is enough equipment for a decent workout. The room and bathroom was clean and modern.

Modern and comfortable hotel, the room was wide and spacious, full equipped with all you need in your stay there. The breakfast was good but not specially varied. I liked the theme of the room decoration dedicated to 1.FC Kaiserslautern.

When we arrived in the evening, we were greeted by a lovely member of staff (can't remember his name), who made us feel very welcome and reminded me about the Hilton app, so I could get points on it. In the morning, we had a lovely breakfast and the lady who checked us out was really nice friendly too.

Good location. Easy to find. Ample parking. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good communication from the hotel as we needed an extra bed in our room. Room was a good size, had USB sockets, lovely TV, tea/coffee in the room, plus fridge and safe. Great bathroom and an awesome shower. Great air con too.
