“Clean, spacious, and at a very good price.”
It was very clean and spacious, and the kitchen wes well equipped. The location was excellent. Nearby central train station and lots of supermarkets. It was very easy to park the car in the area. I recommend this apartment and would go there again.

“Great studio apartment”
The bed is very comfy and the shower was one of the best I have experienced. Great facilities with in-room kitchenette and downstairs full kitchen. Bastain was very helpful and responsive.

“pleasant stay”
The location is within walking distance to the trains station and the city centre. The apartment is clean. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was clean with some drinks available. Collecting the key and communication with the host were easy.

“Comfortable, pleasant, relaxing and convenient.”
This is a fantastic very comfortable, attractive apartment in a nice location in Kaiserslautern. Great bathroom, kitchen and bedroom and pleasantly spacious. Very clean and well managed. An excellent experience throughout my visit.

“Excellent and very clean apartment, near city center.”
It was a very nice, well equipped, and very clean apartment with a private, modern, and clean bathroom. There was a small fridge, a coffee machine with capsules, and a sink, but there was NO kitcen in the room. There were a lot of parking spots just outside of the apartment. The owner is very friendly and always available to give any help if needed. The room is spacy enough for 2 people. Also, in the common kitcen, which is very clean and well equipped, there are always available 24/7, refreshments and water on a small cost. The apartment is located in a very quiet area. It is 10 minutes away from the main train station and lots of supermarkets. There is a big park, around 5 minutes away, and some pubs and restaurants nearby. Overall, it is a value for money apartment. I recommend this apartment and sure i will come back.

“Amazing Apartment”
We had an amazing stay the room was super clean and very comfortable , it was very spacious. And very reasonable price compare to the hotles. The owner was available to help over WhatsApp whenever needed . The apartment was close the the town .. shopping centre , restaurants . It was worth the money
