The bedroom was sunny, the bed was very comfortable, and the house was warm.

The friendliness of the host, Harvey. He went out of his way to explain how things worked and to make sure my stay was relaxed and trouble free. The bed was clean and comfortable, and I slept well. It was great to have Gunner around.

Great Host

“A great Air bnb only a few minutes drive from central Kaiapoi, with a friendly hospitable host.”

Harvey was a friendly, generous and hospitable host. Our room had it's own dedicated bathroom, as well as our having full use of the kitchen. Great facilities - met our every expectation. Harvey's house was only a few minutes drive from central Kaiapoi, which was ideally situated for our family event.

The host could not have been more welcoming. The property, bedroom and bathroom were spotless and exactly what I had hoped for in a Kiwi country town - comfortable and homely, in a lovely garden neighbourhood within walking distance of a wide choice of excellent local restaurants. In the morning, good homemade coffee and great craic with a thoroughly lovely chap to send me on my way.

Harvey was a very affable host - we felt like family guests . Most comfortable bed. Perfect spot to stop if travelling with pets . Our 3 cats and dog were comfortable housed and our dog had free run of the place.

Harvey is a fantastic host, nothing was a bother, we had all the freedom we needed.

I thought this was a motel style but it is more of a homestay. The advertising is very misleading until you read all the comments. I am sure he is a great host but i do t want to share someones house.
