My review for Opal Oasis I booked this hotel for one night on 14th Aug 2024 to stay on 15th Aug 2024. However ,the attached directions were inaccurate and I could not find the hotel.The sat nav directions were ending in a residential area next to PCEA Kahawa Sukari. I rang the number provided and spoke to Hesbon who was not helpful.He insisted that the rooms were sold out despite the fact that I booked the day before.I insisted on being directed to the right location but in vain.This hotel is a SCAM!!! I had to find another accomodation near CBD. I am now yet to receive my refund and no compensation for all the time wasted was offered. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL IN THE FUTURE.SCAM SCAM!

“A home far away from home”
Absolutely exceptional staff. The owners are very flexible and warm. Their driver, who took me form the airport and even on a ride around the city some other day, is extremely helpful and honest. Their housekeeper is the most positive and homely guy ever. And off course, the house itself is wonderful. There's so much space, and the housekeeper is keeping it all pristine clean.
