“Comfortable, cosy and safe stay!”
The staff are friendly. The service is fantastic. I left the luggage as I was early for check in. When I returned, the luggage was already in my room! The bath tub is big so that I could soak comfortably and they have free bath salts!! I like that you need a keycard to use the lift. I felt safer. The room size is big enough for 2 people comfortably. Everything works well. The street car is just right in front of the hotel. For the price I paid, it is definitely value for money.

“Great stay and I hope to return one day”
Location was great, being opposite Yamakataya Dept Store and walkable to Tenmonkan. The hotel was very good value and the hotel staff were great - I requested a room with a view of Sakurajima and they obliged. The room was of comfortable size for the three of us.

“Perfect for a near the airport stay”
We picked this hotel due to its proximity to the airport and it was perfect . The staff were fabulous and there is a decent restaurant next door and the main shopping area a 30 min walk away . The hotel arranged a taxi for us for our transfer when we checked in

Everything was good and clean and comfortable. It's slightly dated, but very good value for money overall for what you get. The staff at the front desk we're also friendly and spoke English well.

“Excellent location great car parking amazing staff”
The location was excellent a walk away from the ferry and local amenities . The staff were so incredibly helpful with the queries we had about a couple of things and helped us resolve them

Eco friendly, towels etc only changed on request. Toiletries and coffee available from the reception area. The location was convenient for the ferry to the volcano and also restaurants.

Great location and a very comfortable stay. I didn't have any issues during my time here. The central location makes it easy to walk around and there is no noise from the street outside either despite it being a busy city centre. Parking right next door was also pretty cheap. Staff were very friendly too.

“Great stay for good price”
The reception and breakfast staff was extremely friendly and respectful - we were very warmly received and all our questions were supported. Nice breakfast and great value for money.
