The staff were extremely helpful when I caused a problem with the bathroom door. The breakfast staff (who didn't speak English) were especially helpful.The problem was resolved quickly with the minimum inconvenience.

First of all, the breakfast was increadibly good. We recommend to book it! Room size was typically small. Location was very good, next to tramway and bus station.

“A good hotel with a really poor breakfast”
Bathroom was large and the room was not (like most in Japan for this cathegory) but both were clean. Staff was kind snd efficient. Location was also good
