“Perfect birthday experience”
Everything is just perfect. Spacious, beyond well equipped, and very refreshing atmosphere. You can find anything you need and even things you didn’t expect in the room. The kitchen area is just marvelous. The spice and sauce in the refrigerator will amaze you. Definitely coming back next time.

The location is just 5 minutes walk to Tenmonkan, a busy shopping area but the venue would not be too noisy. The service is good. I have placed a order online and the counter kept it properly for me.

Its so complete, everything required for our short stay is provided for that we dont need to run to nearby store to get. Space is spacious and facilities are great

Customer service is magnificent! Very helpful and friendly and timely response with different requests☺️ The place is very spacious, neat, clean and considerate. The location is good, walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants and convenient store. Parking around the area has many choices. Price is reasonable. We will definitely be back if we come to Kagoshima next time☺️

Enjoyed the space. The host provided the comforts of home with the amenities of a hotel. It was a wonderful stay for a family with young children. Host checked in with us everyday to ensure everything was alright, in case we needed help of any kind.
