“Great hotel and location”
Great location - just a few minutes walk to Kagoshima JR station and the ferry terminal to Sakurajima (and aquarium). Very friendly check-in staff. My room was very clean comfortable - big bed, kettle, TV etc. The bathroom / shower was fully equipped.

“Ok stay for 1 night, if you're not fussy.”
The hotel was located right across from a supermarket which made it easy to get food and amenities. Parking was also easy to navigate - we drove a rental car so not having to pay for parking was a huge plus for us. It's also located near bus stops and trams stops. We got a wonderful view overlooking Sakurajima from our room, and it was spacious enough for our group of 4.

“Don’t recommend”
Room was not clean, mold in the bathroom and a LOT of stains on the carpet, no control over heating and only one outlet.. everything just felt dirty

“I would not recommend unless you get a double room at half price of less”
The location just 5 minutes walk from the Kagoshima station and close by the ferry port to Sakurajima, supermarkets, restaurants and at 10 minute walk to the city centre. Also, if you get a room facing Sakurajima (ours was not facing it, but in the next morning we had the chance to check out the views from one of our neighbours) the views are quite impressive.
