“The best choice in terms of price/quality ratio”
This is our second time staying here. Everything is wonderful, I love this hotel. There are no downsides for the declared 3 stars. And the breakfast area, located on the top floor with a stunning view of Sakurajima, corresponds to all 5 stars. Good onsen, comfortable beds and excellent service from the hotel team. I am sure that in terms of price/quality ratio this is one of the best options in Kagoshima.

“Excellent value with great staff.”
We stayed fur one night - comfortable and very reasonably priced. We loved the gym and staff were very helpful on ordering taxis and disposing of a broken suitcase.

Convenient location. A few tram stops to Kagoshima-Chuo Station and near the ferry terminal to Sakurajima. Very helpful staff who can speak good English.

“Good, clean rooms in an okay location. Some noise that can be annoying.”
The onsen is nice, it's a little small and get a bit crowded but as a free amenity, I won't complain. It's nice that the shower and toilet are separated and the room is spacious for a solo traveller.

Hotel has onsen which we loved and their breakfast was superb including their shabu-shabu. Breakfast room was overlooking the Volcano, which is a bonus.

“An excellent hotel in its class”
Not the newest, quite a basic hotel, but in excellent condition, it is obvious that it is taken care of. For three stars it is one of the best options. High standards of service, professional staff, clean and cozy rooms, and also the breakfast area on the top floor with a stunning view of the volcano Sakurajima. The breakfast itself is also great. Definitely one of the best hotels in its class. Recommended.
