Excellent location, very well priced

Convenient hotel very close to the station. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom as in other Japanese hotels. Breakfast was tasty.

Room is slightly larger than some hotels in the brand. Bathroom also larger. Breakfast restaurant in the hotel was excellent. Location great for exploring the area by train or simply cross to the other side of the station for buses and trams to all parts of the city.

My favourite from all brands of Japanese Hotels I have stayed in. Livemax and Toroyo inn were fine, but little details in APA made the difference. Their pyjamas are the best for example. Breakfast were fantastic too, worth every yen.

The location is excellent, very close to the station. The staff, especially the parking elevator attendants, are friendly and helpful.

The location was excellent. The hotel was close enough to the Kagoshima-Chuo Shinkansen station, about a 10 minute from hotel to station. The room was good and facilities were good.

“Everything else was fine”

Late arrival that became horrendous. Stuff up in checking in. Took us over 90 minutes -computer check in did not work, then they gave a single room to a couple and at the end of the 90 mins expected me to wake them up (it was after midnight) to swap the room. I said NO we would sort it ourselves.

Very convenient to the station, it was clean, comfortable and good value.

The hotel is located in a great location right next to Kagoshima Chuo station. The staff were friendly and the check-in and check-out process is very simple and easy to complete.

The biggest plus is the close proximity to the Kagoshimachuo Station which is a center for transportation, shopping, and restaurants. The hotel is very modern, rooms and facilities very clean, staff very helpful, well trained and experienced, especially when compared to US/Canadian/European hotels. Buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices. Since this is a Japanese hotel, its room size would be considered very small compared to other country hotels.

room was very spacious especially by Japanese standards, very comfortable big bed and duvet. tv is generously large too, with some English on demand movies and BBC. entry step into bathroom is not too high.

The hotel was in a great location, close to many different types of restaurants, the Kagoshima cho, railway station, buses, taxis, and trams, and a 10 minute drive to the Kagoshima ferry terminal, the restaurant staff were very helpful as with the reception staff,
