Located a 12-minute bus ride from JR Kaga Onsen Train Station, Hatori ryokan boasts a 24-hour hot spring bath along with sauna facilities. The spacious Japanese rooms have a sofa and an LCD TV. Guests can enjoy karaoke and ping-pong on site. Hatori's rooms are traditionally furnished with tatami (woven-straw) floors and traditional futon bedding. Each comes with a flat-screen TV, a refrigerator, air conditioning, an electric kettle, yukata robes, slippers, towels, a hairdryer, toothbrushes and a private bathroom. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Guests can enjoy a massage at Beauty Salon Hanashobu. There is also a shop on site. “Beautiful Ryokan”
The place itself is amazing. Close to the main sightseeing spot in the town. New or renovated, everything looked great. The room was spacious for a single person. The baths were nice too and there were free drinks and snacks. Parking was convenient.

“Nicest hotel on our 3 week trip”
Beautiful hotel and onsens were uncrowded. Private rentals onsen available too. Fun table tennis room, karaoke too but we didn't try.

“Great stay!”
I loved everything, the traditional setting, the hot Onsen, the Staff were very welcoming, they changed my room because I was not satisfied, they showed flexibility. The breakfast was tasty with a lot of choises. The snacks and drinks in the lounge was a very nice touch. I will definitely come again. The shuttle bus that picked me up!

It has onsen. Japanese style room. 5km away is the Kakusenkei Gorges, which is very pretty.

The facilities were basic. Sleeping on the floor was an experience, but it'd be good to know during reservation if there's an option for a futon or a regular bed as the photos only shop regular beds. After a day out one wants to come back to the hotel to throw one self on the bed. In this case, we had to give a time for the futon bed to be laid down.

The room was fairly spacious, and the private jacuzzi was a nice touch—though it’s debatable whether it justifies the price. The evening show was entertaining, and both onsens were enjoyable. The kids’ area was charming, and the breakfast was excellent. The small restaurant across the street was great.

Thought the one-person room that I stayed in was fairly small, the layout was pretty smart to utilize the space. The twin-bedder room that my parents stayed in was very big, and they enjoyed the stay. Onsen was great, preferred the ground level one instead of the 2nd level one since it had an access to the outdoor.
