“Good location but below expectations for a 3 star hotel. Watch out for cockroaches.”
Very good, accessible location near Kaduwela/Malabe. Private parking in the basement. Spacious room.

“An affair to remember.”
It was close to our temporary office. That was the main reason for choosing this esteemed establishment. No other guests (because it is a wedding hotel). Wedding parties end before midnight, which is great because depending on the DJ that is hired, sometimes the whole building is about to collapse. Staff is friendly, but English is not their strong point. No snakes or spiders in the room. The plaster that was falling of the ceiling was regularly swept from the floor, giving the nice and clean appearance of the breakfast hall.

What bothered me is that they have a restaurant at the reception but they didn't use it and preferred to organize a party near the guest rooms.

“Unsatisfied”
Location of the property is convenient, room and bath room size was really spaces . furniture's are good in condition. no disturbance from the outer sounds even the Hotel locate near to main road. food was good (we order the dinner for two and it was good quantity for 02pax and taste was good.) Room Service Staff and cleaning staff was so nice and they responded our request ASP. Good and Secure Car Park was there underground the building.

Terrible experience. Never visit again. No cooperation with "booking.com" . They publish rooms without having vacant rooms. Bad customer service. Hate that property.
