Review – The Heritage Pattaya Beachfront Resort Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable, the location by the beach is convenient, and the general standard of the property is good. However, there are a few issues that noticeably reduced the experience: • There were no clear restrictions on smoking around the pool and sunbed areas. Cigarette butts were visible near sun loungers and on the grass. Having designated smoking areas would greatly improve comfort and cleanliness for non-smokers. • The beach area was very crowded and not well maintained during my stay. • Guests often came directly from the sea and entered the hotel swimming pools without showering first, mainly because there are no outdoor showers available between the beach access and the pool area. These are relatively simple improvements, but they would make a significant difference to hygiene, comfort, and overall guest experience. With clearer smoking policies and proper outdoor showers, this hotel could offer a much better experience.

Am somebody who is very sceptical to hotel how the look on picture vs how u gat to see them. but you see this one i love it.. one of the best Hotels i have ever stayed in.. you gat to see everything in the picture in real life

Firstly, this was the best Western Food restaurant I've eaten at in Thailand. All dishes were much better than expected. The rooms were good size and clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool was fine, the gym was great, the breakfast was superb and the Onsen experience was just a bonus. The staff here were very responsive to all requests and spoke excellent English. It is difficult to fault our experience here.
