As others have mentioned, the property is located behind the owner's home, in the garden area. The accommodation is split in two - you have the main building which has 2 good size bedrooms with their own bathrooms (one of the bedrooms has an additional room with 2 single beds) and a kitchen / dining area. There is an additional room in the garden, so it is separated from the main accommodation. This room is not great I have to say, and needs to be improved. The layout is very strange. As you walk into the room, from the garden, you have a shower on the right-hand-side. Then you have a sink in the room. You also have a separate toilet room with no sink(!), on the other side. The main door is not closing properly and the room was very cold during our first night stay. Afterwards, we left the heating on and it was fine. The kitchen has mostly everything that you need, including a double electric pizza oven, which can be used for cooking meals as well. The microwave is a bit strange to operate, it took us some time to figure it out :-) The host was very helpful and kind, and offered great advice regarding places to visit or where to eat during our stay. They are located very close to Efteling so I would recommend this place due to its close proximity to the park.

“Close to Eftling”
Location was closed to eftling park, garden was secluded and relaxing, kitchen was well equipped. Close to food shops Aldi and Lidl. Hosts were really nice. There is a dominos 4 minutes walk away and there is a great ice cream parlour 4 minutes away 2 euros for a large ice cream cheap 😁 IJssalon De IJscolademan this is the name to Google for it.

“Amazing apartment, highly recommended!”
We arrived at a really lovely place. A stunning welcome and the hosts are simply amazing❤️. The place was really clean and tidy. They even changed towels for us without us asking and literally every smallest request - was answered willingly and with a lot of good intentions. The place is really close to Haftling Park. There is parking on site. The wireless internet is excellent. A huge thank you to the owners of the place👏👏👏💯💯💯

“Great family accommodation great location”
Beautiful self contained apartment with all facilites for cooking etc. Rooms were very comfortable and exceptionally clean and tidy. Host was very helpful and at hand to assist in any way. Ideally located a short distance from De Efteling and a short walk to local restaurants etc.

“Very comfy and practical house to stay in”
The location is great and there's free parking on the street. The beds were comfy, and bedding and towels clean and soft. Great that each room has it's own bathroom which is perfect for privacy and getting everyone ready at thier own pace. The kitchen was well equipped for a couple nights and the main area comfy and fun to hang out in. The garden is very pretty. There's just enough tea and coffee provided to set you up and salt and pepper but everything else needs bringing.

“A lovely stay”
The place is very clean and well equipped. We love the living room with a very long dinning table. It is perfect for a group of people to sit together dinning and chatting. The hosts are super nice persons. We really appreciated their help and enjoyed our stay there👍
