“Breathtaking views and fantastic breakfast!”
This hotel is only accessible by foot or horseback but it is so worth it when you get there. We drove to Juta and parked in the village (be wary of the road to Juta, it is open but there are landslide warnings when you get close to the village). A 4x4 is definitely recommended as the road to Juta is not great! The views from Fifth Season are breathtaking. The hotel itself is made up of a main building and then some seperate rooms. We were in one of the seperate rooms. The path was well lit in the dark although decent walking boots are still recommended as it is not a proper path. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best breakfast we had on our entire stay anywhere in Georgia. The other food the restaurant served was also delicious. The hotel had a playground which our toddler loved. The beds were comfortable and room was clean.

“A unique and special place”
Fifth Season was one of the absolute highlights of our trip to Georgia. We loved the remoteness of it and the beautiful surroundings. The room was simple but cosy and had everything we needed for our stay. We had dinner and breakfast in the restaurant and thought the food was excellent!

“Amazing Place”
Amazing location with nothing breaking the view between the property and the view of the Caucasus. The rooms were small but comfortable. Hot water was available. The restaurant served delicious food and the house Chacha was just what we needed after a long day’s trek. The staff was very helpful and easy to coordinate with. Since one of us was not in a position to climb up to the property, the arranged horses which helped.
