After a short telephone call, our friendly host Mr. Jenoks arrived 2 minutes later at the accommodation, gave us the keys, explained everything and helped us with the suitcases. His friendly wife gave us a warm welcome, too, with delicious Armenian chocolates. The apartment is really good and highly recommended. It was the best private accomodation I ever had in Jurmala. The garden is huge, you can sit there under the umbrella, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and breath the fresh air. It was wonderful to sit outside in the morning with a coffee or in the evening with some beer. Mr. Jenoks owns an Armenian restaurant in 2 streets distance. It's highly recommended to have a dinner there. Everything is homemade and very tasty. Opposite the restaurant you will find a good little supermarket and a pharmacy. So, although the appartment is situated in the calm west of Jurmala you'll find everything to might need. The apartment ist equipped very well, the fridge is huge, the bedroom and the wardrobes, too. One day it was rainy and a bit cold, so we could sit in the wintergarden. And - there is also a very friendly German Shepherd who doesn't do anything.

The apartment was perfect and it had all the equipment needed for a pleasant and comfortable stay! The location and garden were ideal too! Thank you so much for your friendly welcome, we really enjoyed our stay there!

Our family was pleased to stay at this lovelly place, all you need for a calm week close to the Baltic sea. The apartmet was great (clean, many things you need during the stay) owner was extremelly friendly, the hudge yard awesome, no noise, no parties, just sea in the wasling distance. Jurmala's center is some 5-10min driving. Will definatelly come back!

Location - very close to the sea. Very quite place. Best bed mattress I used in all my traveling in many years. Also amazing to sit in a terrace and watch different bird species that come to garden. Loved it. Also hosts provided all you need for a stay and even extra. For example big umbrellas, badminton kit, cardio machines and other.

The appartment is spacious, cozy and comfortable. Has small emanates: coffee maker, coffee, stove top shampoo, shower gel etc. (Though microwave and/or oven would be a great addition). Comfortable beds. Spacious bathroom with good water pressure. Hosts speaks russian and english - multiple ways of communicating. Everything was great. Would reccommend.

Everything was super great! Highly recomendet. The place is very quiet, peacefull. The host is very friendly, caring.

Location and big yard we liked the most. Plus very frendly owners. We recomend to visit they restorant.

We stay with kids and liked a place a lot. I enjoyed that kids could play outdoors and beach was very close. To walk 3 minutes max. Quiet neighborhood. Owner was friendly, greeted kids with cake. There is close by Armeenian very good restraunt. Jurmala center is about 10 minutes drive, Livu waterpark 15 20minutes. For us worked it very well.

Everything was perfect. Super friendly host met us when we arrived. The flat is modern and very beautiful. The territory is big, there is a bunch of sport equipment (balls, badminton, billiard table and even some training machines). It was a bit cold at the first night, but we asked the owner and he increased the heating. The owner also has the armenian restaurant nearby with cool various menu, I recommend to visit it. We were with a dog, it was ok and there was no additional charge. The territory is quarded by a shepherd, but it's locked and super friendly. The only minus could be the distance to the city center (15 min by taxi), but it was totally ok for us. I highly recommend this appartment. The owner even prepared different snacks and sweets for us :)

Super friendly hosts, really nice and stylish apartment, best choice in the area. We had a really wonderful time, look no further.
