Overview
Located in a quiet place and surrounded by greenery, Avoti offers accommodation in wooden cottages and a holiday house. A shop and a pub are 300 metres away and the Baltic Sea coast is about a 10-minute walk away. The accommodation provides a private toilet, as well as a bathroom in all the cottage types. There is a garden with barbecuing facilities and a trampoline for children. A paid sauna can also be used. Guests have access to the common kitchen which is equipped with all utensils needed to prepare a meal. The motorcycle race track is 1 km away and the nearest bus stop is 300 metres from Avoti.

“A lovely stay with my family”
The property was well equipped, comfortable and clean and the hosts were friendly and hospitable. As we were the only guests to stay on the particular night, we had the whole outdoors area to ourselves and it felt very serene and private.

“Review Avoti.”
The location is very close to the amazing Baltic sea,which is not crowded and clean and tidy. The coast area smooth and easy to walk into the water. It is very green, people are kind, and the food in shops is cheaper than in the capital. Possible to buy freshly baked bread, fresh eggs, fish, natural syrups, and many other amazing staff. Loved the hens, turkeys, ducks in the yard. My morning coffee started by observing and listening to birds which i really loved.

Very nice place near the sea. We lived in small but nice rooms in a bungalow. Nice green meadow just behind the doors. Nice owners.

Great house in a good location. Plenty of room for small crowd. Amazing outdoor area with fire pit, swings, place to barbecue... very close- 10 min walk to - to fabulous beach

“I do not recommend a double room in this guest house to anyone”
The windows had an insect screen. Lots of attractions in the area. The beach is not far and there are several nearby. There is enough space for parking. There is a small shop on site where you can buy fish products and vegetables. Good refrigerator in the shared kitchen.
