This is a tricky review to write as it's not a hotel. It feels more like staying with friends of friends. The languages spoken are German and Croatian which was fine in our case; we had interesting conversations with our host learning quite a bit about the country. The place itself is modern, clean and comfortable with an outstanding recently created bathroom. Free private parking.

Oto is a great host who is fun to chat with and very helpful, and found a place to keep my bike. Comfortable room and very nice garden/pool/hangout areas. I wish I was staying more than one night!

We stayed one night in this clean modern room. The large bathroom was shared with one other room. There was a big kitchen in the house. The pool area was great with views over the Adriatic. The host was very welcoming.

I travel a lot through Europe and spend the night in the most diverse locations. For this trip I unexpectedly ended up on the beautiful island of Cres in Croatia where I visited the charming town of Mali Losinj. In preparation I had been able to make a last minute booking at Casa Perla Holidays in Plomin on the mainland between the towns of Pula and Rijeka. When I arrived there I was kindly welcomed at the end of the afternoon by Tommy and his beautiful shepherd dog who were already visibly waiting for me. After a nice introduction about the location and a welcome drink I was escorted to a truly beautiful apartment that was in great contrast to what I had booked last minute and expected. This large apartment was spaciously equipped with all amenities and was part of a beautiful Villa where a few apartments and/or rooms are still available. The villa is quietly situated on the edge of a mountain where the charming swimming pool not only offers you an oasis of peace but where you can enjoy a drink and a snack in a small group with the beautiful view over the bay, the sea and the idyllically lit coastal town of Rijeka. In the evening, owner Otto also showed up and he also turned out to be an entertaining host. Everything about this place and their hosts is perfect for a perfect holiday. There are no stars available for these kinds of unique places, by the way, you can already see them in large numbers in the sky in the evening. Tommy and Otto, you have given me a wonderful memory. “Just amazing!”

The whole stay was just amazing. The house is cosy and the surroundings are beautiful. But the best thing is the owner, Otto and his friends really make you feel like you are at home. We will definitely come back!

The accommodation is phenomenal for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful pool with a stunning view of the entire Kvarner. From the perfectly clean room, there is also a beautiful view of the Kvarner area. The spacious and well-decorated rooms provide a comfortable and cozy atmosphere. Hosts Ankica and Oto are hard to describe in words due to their simplicity and willingness to help at any moment. They are always ready for a chat, but will give you space if you prefer. Super great hosts! The peaceful environment around the accommodation makes it a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The well-maintained garden and additional amenities like the BBQ area add to the overall experience. The accommodation certainly exceeded my expectations, and I plan to return again.

Phenomenal hosts and beautiful views. Very nice atmosphere and we'd highly recommend the breakfast, we ate like kings. Overall very good value for money.

“Incredibile, increibile, unglaublich”

The host is amazing, very friendly and fun man. I just wish we could come back. The house is calm, clean and has everything you need. We have gotten our own fridge in the kitchen and we had our own bathroom. The bed is super comfortable. The swimming pool is very clean and big enough to swimm a bit and enjoy a day.

The view from the terrace is outstanding and otto and ani always up for a good chat. It was an absolutely wonderful spot! If you want to cook something get your food in advance as there's no shops around.
