Arrived on a late bus at 3am (5 hours late) from Puerto Maldonado and staff let us in without any hassle. Felt safe and room was comfortable for our short stay

After booking they told me they could not accommodate my arrival time and asked me to find another accommodation. They didn't even cancel the reservation on Booking.com so the next day Booking was treating me as a no show and asking for explanations. Luckily they told me soon enough after booking and I wasn't charged but still, unreliable.

Hot shower, quite room and warm enough, even without a heater. They also had a large room out the back to store our bicycles safely. Good value for money.

“Good”
