• Property & Cleanliness Beautiful, very well-maintained hotel. Spacious mini-apartment style rooms with private bathroom, balcony, kitchenette, and minibar. Impeccably clean. • Room Comfort Extremely comfortable bed and perfectly warm room—ideal after being out in Juist’s cold December weather. Fully equipped with towels, bathrobes, slippers, and toiletries. • Atmosphere Calm, cozy environment that makes returning to the hotel genuinely relaxing. • Outstanding Staff – Receptionist: professional, welcoming, and very well prepared. – Bartender: skilled, friendly, and great at suggesting the right cocktails. – Breakfast service: the young woman with the ponytail remembered my cappuccino every morning and brought it with a big smile. • Breakfast Continental, with a wide and satisfying selection of both sweet and savory options. • Additional Services Did not try the indoor pool, but confident it matches the hotel’s overall quality. Pet-friendly environment with well-managed guests traveling with dogs. • Value for Money Prices are slightly high but fully justified by the quality of the facilities and the exceptional staff. • Final Impression My third time in Juist but first time at this hotel—had I known it earlier, I would have stayed here from the start. If I return to the island, I will definitely book again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and small groups.

Breakfast was very well catered and the staff were excellent. The room was not entirely clean and we had to ask on several occasions for assistance and things to be replaced. Generally the hotel met our expectations.
