“A hotel for smokers; not a suitable choice for families”
After three room changes during what was originally booked as a two-night stay, we could only tolerate staying for one night without a refund or compensation for the unused night. There was a strong smell of smoke in all the rooms, despite our request for a non-smoking room and receiving an "OK" confirmation from the staff before check-in. The rooms were not properly cleaned, towels were missing, a sinks was leaking, the furniture was old, and the bed sheets appeared old and worn. Parking was also limited.

“Bahrain was a happy surprise, an experience of great learning and fun!”
The hotel was pretty central, and close to stores where I could ge everything I needed. Taxis were easy to get, and the front desk reception people were so extremely helpful with everything I needed: printing documents, tetting taxis, calling for services, etc., special mention Muhammad Ali & Ibrahim. I had a wonderful tour with the hotel's taxi driver Ahmed, and enjoyed our discussions and was keen to learn all I could from Ahmed about Bahrain, Islam, etc. I enjoyed taking all the pictures of interesting places & buildings during the tour.

“Good hotel.”
We had a pleasant stay at the property; the staff were very friendly and responsive. We had an AC issue in the bedroom, but it was later fixed. Overall, it is well recommended.
