“Fantastic views , close to the centre”
Absolutely stunning views from the bedrooms. Really friendly and helpful staff. Huge rooms and comfy beds.

“Spacious rooms in relatively quiet neighbourhood”
My room was very spacious, you could even say with various sections. As it is a bit outside downtown, there`s not too much traffic around the hotel. Views from the balcony above town and to the volcanoes is great. Staff was very nice and hospitable even when I one evening arrived with a street dog feeling very well in the hotel lobby.

We never did receive breakfast, no staff available. Almost no light in the room and bathroom. No water in the bathroom. No working internet. A terrible place to stay, I would nobody recoment !! Expensive hotel for the regian and you get nothing in return. However Jauyau and its seven waterfalls realy such a beautiful place!

Beautiful view of the volcano and the village. Great location - 3 mins walk to town centre. Staff were super friendly and helpful!
