The owner is very nice and helpful, this is the only reason why we remained there...The roof terrace is nice also.You can pay by card and hang your laundry on the terrace.

The guy working there was really friendly and gave us a lot of amazing recommendations on what to eat and where to go, the room was comfortable, nice little roof terrace to watch sunset or sunrise, and drinking water. It’s in a good location a short walk from the Main Street. Would definitely recommend

“Good location with fair price”

This small guestroom is not far from the main village square..there is a small kitchen and fridge that are available to guests..room was spacious although the bathroom was a little small . It is good value for money and you have a virtuel guidebook for the area from the owner which is practical I enjoyed my stay here are you really feel like you live with the locals and the food festival at the weekend was a bonus

“Perfect Budget Stay On the Outskirts of Town”

The property is just a five minute walk to Centro and is located in a residential area Carlos the host met us and explained everything we needed.He has written a pretty cool guide on the town and can even recommend guides for hikes or tours His English is good and he was available at anytime we needed him This is a budget stay but the room was large and very clean (Bathroom was tiny though) There is a comunal kitchen area which was handy for fridge and coffees in morning Also you have Netflix included so was nice to relax and watch a movie after a Days hiking

The host was great! He answered very fast to all our questions via text before we even arrived. He created a guide with the major attractions in the city, where to eat, which buses to get... He was as nice in person. The room was comfortable and we were able to watch a movie on netflix using the tv. Towels were provided.

However, for the check-in, the staff was super nice and gave us a whole guide how to enjoy the area and what to discover. He was very helpfull and kind. In the common area, there was a microwave, water filter and handwashing laundry station that were basic but can be useful.

The host was super friendly and gave us lots of information. The room was big and comfortable. There was just enough stuff to use in the kitchen to cook something simple.

Carlos the host is incredibly helpful and shared lots of information and recommendations. He connected me with a local guide for the Chorros waterfall hike. When I arrived the town had the water supply cut and he kindly brought water so I could have a wash after a hot bus journey. Nice little roof terrace.

Carlos the host was amazing and gave brilliant advice on the area and spoke perfect English. The location is good, a bit out of town but close for walking. The views are great and there’s a little roof terrace! There is filtered water on tap and cooking facilities. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious with private bathroom. Good value for money.

Carlos was very, very friendly, and his tips for Juayúa were awesome. He built a website with all the recommendations and tips. Carlos is the best part of the accommodation. We were allowed to borrow a sharp knife of his family. When we forgot our keys inside the room, Carlos helped us very fast.

The owner and his comprehensive and helpful introduction to the town, with some great tips. My room was spacious and had a mountain view.
