I was travelling alone around Hokkaido and decided to book a night at Suizantei Club Jozankei. I was greeted by a female who showed me to my room who spoke perfect english. She also served me dinner. The private onsen in the room was such a treat and the dinner was delicious with a lot of fish. The complementary drinks at the bar and room during the evening was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back if ever in Hokkaido!

Extremely beautiful interiors, we stayed at a family room and it was very spacious and comfortable. In-room sauna and hot spring were such a highlight. The staff was super professional and helpful, check in was very smooth and pleasant. Both dinner and breakfast were outstanding. Shout out to the chefs!

Very relaxing and great value for money when you consider included food and drinks. Staff were amazing, going above and beyond to communicate through the language barrier, will definitely recommend to friends.

Staff were really nice, especially during meal time. The drinks inclusive was also good.

The property was very well maintained with professional staff. Although they don’t speak much English, they still tried their best to communicate. The room was spacious and the facilities were perfect. The lounge was modern and cosy. The free snacks was a bonus too. Japanese style Breakfast was excellent

Nice vibes, amazing food, worth the dinner upgrade. I would love to pay just for the dinner. Spacious room and nice amenities, including a bar with free drinks. Your own private onsen is nice, but the water was dirty with sediment visible at the bottom. there is a temperature control in the toilet in one of the shelves

The rooms are big and as per the advertised photos. The interiors are also very homey and comfortable. The staff there are very friendly. They also provide Bluetooth speaker in the room. Their private onsen and sauna are also very comfortable and clean. For their dinner, the Hokkaido beef is very very very good and we could also make additional orders for uni, shrimp, snow crab etc.
