Absolutely stunning and beautiful experience. A private bath with a hot spring was one of the highlights of my and my friends' trip. As a person with tattoos, I felt confident and safe having my own bath. I didn't have to make sure I can use public ones (which they do have). The room was spacious and very comfortable, AC was well adjusted when I came in, so I didn't need to adjust myself. Elegant tea set and coffee grinder were pleasant addition. Evening ramen was also tasty, unlimited ice cream was like a cozy blanket for my heart. Overall, the hotel surpassed any expectations I had for an onsen.

“Most relaxing stay of my life!”
There was not only a big public bath available for all guests, but also 4 incredible private Hot Spring baths. The rooms are big and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional with mainly Japanese cuisine. All in all it was incredibly relaxing and comfortable with a lot of great experiences.

Love the japanese style room n hotel, tatami throughout, and the japanese tradition meals were amazing. We had a private onzen bath in our room, and love every details of the hotel. I now know why it is the most expensive onsen hotel i stayed out of all others one ive been. I think its worth it. Love the room n bed, so comfy. We will be back!

The place is amazing, the room, the onsrn with many different kinds of baths and breathtaking views in winter time. I had a facial aromatic massage and it was excellent. I wish I had stayed longer.

“Wonderful and unique truly Japanese experience.”
The hotel was stunning and having an in room mini onsen was wonderful. The food was outstanding and allowed us to try Japanese foods we might not have done. The ingredient quality was next level. The room was clean and spacious and the beds were very comfortable.

“Beautiful, stunning, relaxing, tasty stay”
The meals included were lovely and gave us the opportunity to try items we had heard about but never had before (eg natto). The ensuite onsen was great and we used it twice a day. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The onsite parking was an added benefit. The location was beautiful. The entire stay exceeded our expectations.

“Beautiful Japanese stay in a convenient location.”
First off, the Japanese style of this hotel is so beautiful. With the warm lightings and the decorations, and the tatami mats, it made us feel very relaxed the moment we stepped in. The public onsen itself was beautifully designed with warm lights and 3 indoor baths and 1 outdoor bath, with sauna. It was so beautiful to be able to enjoy the hot spring bath while looking out and watching the snow fall. They provided amenities which were sufficient. Secondly, the food was amazing though relatively pricey. It was delicious and beautifully plated. We ate till we were stuffed! Thirdly, the location is very good. Close to bus stops and to 3 convenience mart- Family mart, Lawson & seico mart. The walk there was ~5 mins. Around the corner was also a popular crepe place. During our stay, they had the winter illumination festival at the nearby shrine which was so beautiful to watch the lights, listen to the music in the snow. Highly recommend!

This hotel was the BEST during my whole Hokkaido trip! The private onsen was so great that me and my wife went a few times. Everything at the hotel was so good. From check in, our room, facilities and food. 90% of their guests are Korean, so we’re like in a mini Korea haha. We’ll surely be back if we have the chance to!
