I love the Onsen

We booked a Japanese Style tatami room and were on a high floor with a view of the fall foliage at its most beautiful. The hotel offers free parking and is within walking distance of the Red Bridge, a popular viewing point. We also received tickets for the 10th anniversary event, which features a beautiful nighttime light show. Variety of breakfast.

The hotel dinner and breakfast buffet spread was huge and delicious. The onsen facilities were also decent compared to the rooms.

Shuttle Bus Service

Good choices for breakfast and dinner, free parking (multi storey parking). Good onsen, spacious room and comfortable bed.

The buffet dinner and breakfast are wonderful with a large variety of food. Staff are refilling the food in a very timely manner. The public hot bath is big enough to accommodate a lot of people and no need to wait. Most staff are helpful. The public areas are very well decorated.

The meals were amazing as was the onsen. If travelling by public transport the bus stop is only 50 metres away. Comfortable rooms and a well appointed gift shop. They kindly assisted us to forward our luggage by post as it was cheaper than using Yamato.

Hotel serves fabulous breakfast spread, but exceptionally bad / rude service. Staff unable to speak English and exceptionally inflexible.

Dinner and breakfast were delicious with excellent variety. Room was clean and futon was laid out for us as we ate dinner! Onsen was well equipped.

Many tour groups

Onsen was cool, staff were all very nice and helpful. Place was clean and comfortable. Altogether it was a sweet experience that I enjoyed.

free shuttle service from Sapporo station. a big plus for us because we were not driving in winter. hotel is just 100m from the shrine light festival and surprisingly hotel gave us a free ticket for the festival. buffet breakfast and dinner had an insane spread! outdoor onsen is great when it’s -8 degrees outside!!

“Very comfortable”

This hotel really exceeded my expectations. It was a little bit old, but the room was warm, large, and had an excellent view. The hotel staff will make the futon beds for you and the futon beds are very comfortable here. The onsen facilities are nice, as well as the outdoor foot bath. Theres also plenty to do here. I regret not bringing my swimmers, because they have a pool here. There are even karaoke rooms you can rent. Great location, and plenty of variety at breakfast as well.
