“Very spacious. Could take renovations, but comfortable, peaceful balcony and nice customer service”

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Contactless check-in. When checking in, we were unable to get into the apartment immediately because one of the hotel guests took the key to the front door. The hotel administration quickly resolved the problem by providing us with an apartment from a different entrance. The apartment is spacious, located on the ground floor. Free parking is available next to the hotel. Guests have access to a kitchenette with everything they need to cook, a refrigerator, and a dishwasher. There was also coffee, tea, oatmeal, and cookies, which was a nice bonus. We would gladly stay in the apartment again, provided that the comments about cleanliness are taken into account.

Comfortable beds, quiet. Had a good sleep and fast reply for questions via messages. We also had two additional friends extra price was decent. There was also coffee for the morning which was nice. But mainly the quietness we appreciated, and the helpfulness. Check in easy, Convinient and sufficient information.

Nice rooms and a good size apartment. Plus points for having the shower and toilet separately. And a nice surprise with the urinal for boys.

despite the check-in issues, the apartment was spacious, clean, and recently renovated. It accommodates up to 4 people, and there’s also a sofa bed available.

Neat, clean, spacious & quiet apartment. More pleasant on inside than looks from the outside and was great value for our family of five. Had 4 single beds & a sofa bed that could sleep two. Self checkin. We didn’t, but you could organise use of sauna, charcoal grill or shared laundry facilities at an extra cost. It has plenty of free parking. Less than 20 minutes drive to Lappeenranta or Imatra. Our apartment even had a piano! Happy guests :-)

The silence that surrounds the facility. Otherwise the house is well equipped and functions perfectly. Ideal if you want to retreat for a couple of days.

Overall, was a good place for family to spend nights. I recommend this place who is travelling by car. Place was very clean and a Piano was there!

Everything was very comfortable: contactless check-in, clear instructions for check-in, very good mattresses, clean, parking opposite the entrance. Not the most picturesque place, but it is very pleasant to be there.

This was a one night stopover on a long car trip with a dog. We were late starting, so arrived very late at night, if not very early in the morning in the wee hours, as the phrase goes, but it proved to be no problem at all: we contacted the landlady to warn her, she responded immediately and sent us instructions how to open the apartment on arrival. We had a very comfortable stay including a very pleasant dog walk near the nearby lake. The apartment is fitted with everything one would need and is kept with impeccable cleanliness, the area is very quiet, the free parking area near the hotel is huge, road access is fast and easy - what else can I say?

well located, spacious very clean apartment. close to Imatra Leppeenranta and lake. Close to main roads, easy to find. easy parking. well appointed kitchen was needed because local facilities limited.
