“i wanted to leave the hotel but i already payed my stay”
no water inside the room breakfast not included and very bad breakfast when asked hot tub make a lot of noises could not got to go to the roof because they close so early i could have payed 50 to 70$ less and got same room with more facilities wifi does not work no minibar in the room

“it was a short stay and in general it was acceptable”
some of the reception staff are very tense and aggressive (except for the lady at our check in ) the breakfast was delivered to the room , no other option, and when i asked for coffee they said cannot be delivered coz we already took juice. we also expected to swim,, unfortunately the pool opens at 12 (time for check out) we asked for a toothrush so the employee said she will bring one, but never did

“loved the staff abs the room with sea views !!”
Room service was great. the food for Ifthar was very delicious - credit to the chefs. All the staff were kind and generous. The room had amazing sea views for sunset and sunrise and a lovely hot tub. loved the stay ! thank you all !
