“A beautiful escape from Beirut just up the coast and very welcoming”

I was greeted by Stephanie and had contact prior to my arrival via WhatsApp, check-in was very straight forward and I was directed up to my suite on the fourth floor. Well proportioned, well appointed and a very good size with views of the sea and mountains and a nice balcony to watch the day pass whilst taking tea or coffee. The bedroom was en-suite with a very large and comfortable bed at the rear with a nice living room to the front with small kitchen and prep area with replenished bottled water each day. The staff were both incredibly helpful and polite with any issue or concern being resolved almost immediately, when raised. Breakfast was delivered each morning to my room and I found the food both incredible and varied as each day was different during my week long stay. HOtello is well located, with easy access to the freeway or just a fifteen minute walk to The Old Souk in Jounieh with many cafes, restaurants and shops to peruse during the day. The mountains and villages I explored on foot and the scenery was stunning and the locals friendly and welcoming. All in all I loved my stay at HOtello and thank you to Stephanie and all of her staff for their kindness and hospitality.

I had an amazing stay! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome by the staff,  always going the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with everything I could have asked for. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless with all the essentials, including hot water that never ran out. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected. Overall, Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and quality!

The room is spotless clean. Place is spacious and very comfortable. Bed is very comfortable. Amenities like the toilets and sinks are very clean. The desk manager Stephanie is one of her kind. She is very helpful and always ready to give your suggestions for best places and attractions.

The only good thing about this hotel is the breakfast.

Everything was perfect, the location of the hotel was in the center and close to everything, the room was perfect from cleanliness to space to view.. The staff was amazing and super friendly and Stephanie was so helpful and supportive and was super friendly…

Property was clean and miss Stephany was very welcoming and followed up on everything. Highly recommended calm well organised and generous breakfast. Excellent location 2min from highway and 5min from jounieh souk.

“Amazing Stay at HOtello”

HOtello was an amazing experience! We felt like home, and the team is extremely friendly and lovable. They did their absolute best to serve us, provide a taxi for us and make sure everything is settled and that we are comfortable. everything was exceptional. From the first day, I got a special treatment from Mrs. Stefani (owner) and the staff of the hotel. They were very amazing. Electricity is available for 24 hours, everyday cleaning, the breakfast was amazing and delicious with different kinds of food. They even doing laundry for free. They even didn't let me pay immediately when I reached to the hotel. They waited until I got my suite and arranged my stuff. you can't find such a treatment in any other hotel.
