We booked for one night and tgen we extended our stay for another one night. All the things were more than expected, welcoming staff, free parking, there was bo kettle in the room however once we request for one it came immediately. The spa bath was amazing, i loved the view so much.

Actually everything starting from the location 1 min away from the highway and 1 min away from jounieh sea side . Staff were so friendly very cooperative and always there whenever you need anything Free parking, 24×24 electricity Very good breakfast with proper timing not too early The room was so clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the mountain and the sea I really loved the place and I am sure i will be back again

“Dissapointed.”
Gave us wrong room. Didn't even know which room we booked. Stayed in different room for 1 night, AC wasn't working and moved to better room next day. Internet was dissaster. No glasses or kettle in the rooms, and the staff is lost. Can't say it's very clean either. Breakfast was poor, but i guess it's ok for the price you pay. Pillows bad, towels old.
