“Enjoyable and very accommodating :)”

The room was very pleasant and roomy with cozy beds. Good variety breakfast with Starbucks coffee <3 Great to have Old Chicago restaurant in the same building and a variety of restaurants in close proximity. The outdoor area was cozy and quiet. Great to sit outside to enjoy the nice February weather in the high 60's with a cup of coffee and pastry. Staff was very friendly and accommodating, whether it was in the reception, at breakfast or the housekeeping. Overall a great place to stay for longer or shorter periods of time!

Clean, comfortable hotel on two main streets so restaurants, gas stations close by. Room was fairly large, nicely furnished and reasonably quiet.

Clean and tidy. Front desk extremely welcoming. Room was spacious, bed very comfy, spacious bathroom. Pool area really nice. Adjoining restaurant was great, food good staff amazing especially server Trevor

If you find yourself needing to stay in Joplin, this property is a respectable choice among the limited options available. Admittedly, I’m more accustomed to staying at higher-end hotels such as the Omni, Ambassador, or Conrad, so this class of accommodation is outside my usual standard. That said, given what’s available in the area, this hotel delivers a comfortable and dependable experience

Spacious room, clean & comfortable. Appeared to be adequate parking spaces - it is a large hotel but the car park wraps all the way around. Decent breakfast with good selection of hot choices.

Good location, neat restaurants and easy to get into the freeway. We extended our stay by one night and staff were happy to accommodate our request. Breakfast was nice and beds were comfortable
